PROMOTIONS/EVENTS

Next Home Game:

The Hurricanes return to the ENMAX Centre on Wednesday, October 2nd when they welcome the Saskatoon Blades at 7:00pm. Tickets can be purchased online at www.enmaxcentre.ca.

Wild Wednesday:

On any Wednesday this season, Season Ticket holders can redeem any unused season tickets for a $3.00 fee and get another ticket to the Wednesday game. Plus, Happy Hour in the Canadian Western Bank Lounge starting at 6:00pm among other great deals!

2019-20 Cane's Pack:

The ultimate youth membership in Lethbridge is back as Cane's Pack memberships are now available for just $70.00 (+GST). The membership includes a welcome drawstring backpack, 25% off at Top Shelf, a free meal once a month at the ENMAX concessions and more. Cane's Pack is available for youth aged 4-13-years-old. Individual Game Tickets:

Single game tickets for the 2019-2020 regular season are now on sale and can be purchased online at www.enmaxcentre.ca, by phone at 403-329-SEAT (7328) or by visiting the ENMAX Centre Ticket Centre or Yates Memorial Theatre Ticket Centre.

New VIP Tickets:

The Hurricanes are excited to introduce new VIP Seats. The Premium seating option will be located at the south end of the arena and will include two seats with company branding on chairs, personalized service/bar with ability to pre-order, parking pass and playoff tickets included. Party Deck:

Full and half Part Decks are still available for Hurricanes home games. Great for a family or work function; half deck includes 20 tickets for $725.00. Contact Dylan or Tamara at 403-328-196 for details and availability.

Friday, September 27th

- 5-2 Loss vs. Red Deer Rebels: The Hurricanes were handed their first regulation loss on Friday by the Red Deer Rebels who earned a 5-2 win at the ENMAX Centre. The Hurricanes outshot the Rebels 42-15 in the game. Dylan Cozens made his season debut with a goal and an assist.

Sunday, September 29th

- 5-2 Win at Edmonton Oil Kings: The 'Canes jumped back into the win column on Sunday with a 5-2 victory in Edmonton at Rogers Place over the Oil Kings. The 'Canes were led by Cozens who had two goals and two assists in the victory.

THIS WEEK'S GAME SCHEDULE

Wednesday, October 2nd

- vs. Saskatoon Blades (7:00pm): The Hurricanes return to the ENMAX Centre as they welcome the Saskatoon Blades on Wednesday. It will be the first of four meetings between the 'Canes and Blades and the first of two visits from Saskatoon.

Friday, October 4th - vs. Portland Winterhawks (7:00pm): The Hurricanes will take on the Portland

Winterhawks in the only meeting of the season between the two teams on Friday at the ENMAX Centre. The Hurricanes fell 3-0 to the 'Hawks in the lone meeting last year.

NEWS & NOTES

POW:

Hurricanes forward Dylan Cozens had quite the weekend after returning from the Buffalo Sabres.

In two games, Cozens totaled six points (3g-3a). The Sabres first-round pick had a goal and an assist in his season debut Friday against the Red Deer Rebels before adding two goals and two assists on Sunday in Edmonton against the Oil Kings. The WHL named Cozens the Player of the Week for his efforts.

A Phare Trade:

The Hurricanes announced Tuesday that they have traded 2002-born forward Tyson Phare to the Everett Silvertips. The 'Canes received a sixth round draft selection in the 2023 WHL Bantam Draft in return for Phare.

Strong Start:

The 'Canes have posted a 2-1-0-1 record through the first three games of the season with wins over the Edmonton Oil Kings and Medicine Hat Tigers. The 'Canes lone regulation loss was against the Red Deer Rebels on Friday at the ENMAX Centre.

OK-uliar:

Hurricanes first year import forward Oliver Okuliar has had a strong start to his first season in the WHL. The Slovakian, who played in the QMJHL last year, has collected five points (2g-3a) along with a plus-5 rating and two penalty minutes in his first four games as a Hurricane.
