
Houston Dynamo Sell out 100-Level Supporters Sections in New Stadium for 2012 Season

HOUSTON, TX (Tuesday, January 31, 2012) -- The Houston Dynamo announced today that season tickets in the supporters' sections of their new stadium's 100-level are sold out for the 2012 season. Due to the demand for these seats, the club has decided to expand the capacity by opening a new section in the stadium's 200-level. Supporters may purchase seats in section 233 at a discounted price.
"Our supporters will create a vibrant atmosphere at BBVA Compass Stadium that will improve the experience for the rest of our fan base," said Dynamo Sr. Vice President Rocky Harris. "Since the 100-level supporter section sold out, we decided to offer discounted supporter tickets in the 200-level so the group could continue to grow. Our supporters are the heartbeat of our club and we appreciate the environment they bring to our matches."
The full price for a 2012 supporters' section season ticket is $250, but tickets can be reserved with a $50 deposit. Fans can sign up for the Dynamo supporters' section waiting list at www.houstondynamo.com/supporters.
