The Dynamo-Red Bulls match is the last of a seven-game road trip to begin the season for Houston and the first of three meetings between the Eastern Conference foes in 2012.

Houston is 2-2-2 (8 points) after a 3-2 loss at D.C. United on April 28. The Red Bulls are 5-3-1 (16 points) after a 1-0 road win over LA Galaxy on Saturday.

The Dynamo and Red Bulls have had an evenly matched series since 2006, with 7 of 12 meetings ending in a draw and the clubs tied on goal difference with 14 goals each. Overall, Houston is 2-3-7 all-time against New York.

Chance at History: Will Bruin has scored a goal in three consecutive games (4 goals total). This is the fifth time a Dynamo player has scored in three consecutive games (Ching 2006, 2008; Joseph Ngwenya 2007; Stuart Holden 2009). No Dynamo player has ever scored in four consecutive games.
