Tickets for 2012 AT&T MLS All-Star Game Go on Sale to General Public May 9

NEW YORK (Tuesday, May 8, 2012) - After presale opportunities for Philadelphia Union Full Season Ticket Holders and VISA cardholders, the remaining seats for the 2012 AT&T MLS All-Star Game at PPL Park will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, May 9 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
Tickets can only be purchased online -- Click Here or call (800) 298-4200 to buy. The match will take place on Wednesday, July 25 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
Chelsea FC returns as MLS' All-Star opponent for the first time since 2006, when the MLS All-Stars lead by then manager of D.C. United Peter Nowak, won 1-0 at Toyota Park. Philadelphia Union Manager Peter Nowak will once again lead the MLS All Stars in this rematch. Chelsea are on a remarkable run of form, having defeated Liverpool in last week's FA Cup Final and having defeated FC Barcelona to reach the May 19 UEFA Champions League Final against host Bayern Munich. Chelsea's world-class roster features some of the game's top players, including midfielder Frank Lampard, forwards Didier Drogba and Fernando Torres, defenders Ashley Cole and John Terry, and goalkeeper Petr Cech.
