Houston Dynamo FC Announce 2021 Regular Season Schedule

March 24, 2021 - Major League Soccer (MLS)
Houston Dynamo FC News Release

HOUSTON - Major League Soccer announced Houston Dynamo FC's 34-game schedule for the 2021 season, fueled by 76, today. This will be the Club's 16th campaign in MLS and its second under head coach Tab Ramos.

Earlier this month, MLS announced that Houston would host the league's opening game of the 2021 season on Friday, April 16 at 7 p.m. CDT against the San Jose Earthquakes for Welcome Back to BBVA Stadium Night. This will be the 10th season for the Dynamo at BBVA Stadium, which opened in 2012, and the ninth consecutive year that the Club will open its season at home.

The Club will open the 2021 MLS Regular Season with a limited capacity in BBVA Stadium to ensure safety for all fans, with the goal of expanding that capacity in a phased approach. For Phase I to start the year, the Club has assigned each Dynamo365 Season Ticket Member a temporary seat location in order to accommodate as many Members as possible within a socially-distanced setup. Individual match tickets for Phase 1 matches will go on-sale on a limited basis on April 2 through SeatGeek. Information regarding Phase 2 will be based on guidance provided by MLS and local officials as to capacity and protocols, and will be communicated at the appropriate time.
