PISCATAWAY, NJ (Saturday, May 30, 2015) - The Houston Dash face Sky Blue FC on Sunday at 2 p.m. CT in the second meeting between the clubs this season. The match will be broadcast live via YouTube at HoustonDashSoccer.com/live. Game notes for the Dash are attached.

The teams previously faced each other at Yurcak Field on April 18, finishing in a 1-1 draw. Katy Freels put Sky Blue on top with a first half goal, but Jessica McDonald equalized in the second half as the teams split points. This is the second of three matches between the clubs this season, with the final matchup coming in Houston on August 7.

The Dash (2-2-2, 8 points) are coming off a 1-0 win on the road at Portland Thorns FC, their first victory since opening day. McDonald scored against her former team and Bianca Henninger made eight saves in the shutout to earn NWSL Player of the Week honors. McDonald's four goals this season put her in a four-player tie for the third most in the league this season. The win lifted Houston into the fourth spot in the NWSL standings, six points off league leaders Chicago Red Stars.

Sky Blue (1-3-3, 6 points) is currently at the bottom of the league table. After an opening day win against defending champions FC Kansas City to extend a six-match winning streak, SBFC have gone winless in their last six games. Most recently, Sky Blue gave up a lead in the second half to settle for a 1-1 draw on the road against the Boston Breakers last Friday. Katy Freels (3 goals) and Nadia Nadim (2 goals) have accounted for the totality of the team's scoring through seven games.

The Dash return to Houston following Sunday's game for a rematch against Portland Thorns FC at BBVA Compass Stadium on June 6. Individual tickets for the match start at just $15 and are available at HoustonDashSoccer.com or by calling (713) 276-GOAL.
