Hounds/Whaler Playoff Tickets On-Sale Friday

The Soo Greyhounds Hockey Club would like to announce that tickets to their opening round of the playoffs versus the Plymouth Whalers will go on-sale to season ticket holders and the general public tomorrow, Friday, March 12 @ 10 a.m.

Tickets can be purchased one of three ways:

(1) By stopping by the Essar Centre Box Office

(2) Online at www.essarcentre.ca

(3) By Phone at 1-866-775-9422

Regardless of whether the series starts in Sault Ste. Marie (Essar Centre) or Plymouth (Compuware Arena), the dates will be as follows:

Game 1 Friday, March 19

Game 2 Saturday, March 20

Game 3 Tuesday, March 23

Game 4 Wednesday, March 24

*Game 5 Friday, March 26

*Game 6 Sunday, March 28

*Game 7 Tuesday, March 30

*denotes "if necessary"

Game times will be 7:05 p.m. for any contest in Plymouth while games in Sault Ste. Marie will be 7:35 p.m. (Fri/Sat) or 7:05 p.m. any other night.

Reminder, season ticket holders have until 48-hours prior to the day of the game to claim their seat(s) before it is released to the general public. THIS IS 48-HOURS TO THE DAY, NOT TIME OF GAME. (e.g. tickets for a Friday game would be released at 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning). All season ticket holders must provide PHOTO ID when picking up their tickets. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Tickets prices for the opening round playoff series are as follows (including taxes):

Adults - $16.00 (season ticket holder) or $17.25 (general public)

Seniors (60+) - $13.25 (season ticket holder) or $14.75 (general public)

Students (13-25 with valid student ID) - $13.25 (season ticket holder) or 14.75 (general public)

Children (2-12) - $9.75 (season ticket holder) or $11.25 (general public)
