Hounds Trade Thibodeau to the Wolves

Soo Greyhounds GM Kyle Dubas announced a trade this morning that will see LW CHAD THIBODEAU headed East to the Sudbury Wolves.
In exchange the Hounds receive Niagara's 6th Round pick in the 2012 OHL Priority Selection along with a 15th Round pick in 2012 that originally belong to the Hounds.
"We wanted to facilitate this trade to grant Chad's wish of playing a bigger role elsewhere. We would like to thank Chad for his service to the team, and wish him and his family nothing but the best and thank them for their commitment and support to the Soo Greyhounds" stated GM Dubas.
The Hounds will head out on the road for a trio of games against West Division opponents and it all begins tomorrow night, Friday, against the Plymouth Whalers. Game time is 7:05 p.m. and you can hear all the action starting with the Bay Mills Resort & Casino's Pre-Game show on Rock 101 (101.3FM, www.rock101.net) starting at 6:35 p.m.
