Hounds trade Mark Johnson to Odessa

YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO - Youngstown SteelHounds Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin Kaminski announced today that the team has traded forward Mark Johnson to the Odessa Jackalopes for future considerations.

Johnson, 22, is a second year pro who accumulated five goals, five assists and 54 penalty minutes in 32 games. The native of Glencoe, Ontario played his first 89 professional games as a SteelHound recording 12 goals, 14 assists and 165 penalty minutes.

The Hounds host the Mississippi RiverKings on Sunday afternoon at 4:05. Fans are encouraged to bring their SteelHounds memorabilia as the Hounds will take part in a special autograph session after the game.
