Hillsboro Hops News Release
The Hillsboro Hops seek their eighth win in the past nine games behind RHP Brett Shankin. It's the second game of a five-game series with the Vancouver Canadians at Ron Tonkin Field in Hillsboro. 2015 first overall selection Dansby Swanson will again hit second and play shortstop for the Hops.
The Hops welcome two newcomers today to the team. RHP Tom Jameson is in from Kane County on a rehab assignment, and OF Joey Armstrong has been promoted from Missoula.
