Hops Head to Eugene for Crucial 3-Game Set
Published on August 28, 2015 under Northwest League (NWL1)
Hillsboro Hops News Release
The Hillsboro Hops are champions of the first half, and are right in the thick of things for the second half crown as well. The Hops are already playoff bound, but they trail Eugene by two games in the second half. Eugene would make the playoffs by winning the second half, but if the Hops come back to claim the second half, the second playoff spot in the Northwest League South Division goes to the best overall record after Hillsboro. Eugene presently holds a one-game overall lead over Salem-Keizer.
