Josh Ho-Sang and Ryan Moore were the offensive stars, as Team Blue split a pair of scrimmages on Day Two of our 2014 Training Camp.

In the morning scrimmage, Ho-Sang led the way with two goals and two assists and Moore had a goal and two helpers, as Team Blue topped Team White 6-4.

Cristiano DiGiacinto (1G, 1A) set up Ho-Sang's winner with 4:16 to play in the second of two 30- minute periods, before Ho-Sang scored into an empty net, sealing the win with just 26 seconds to play.

Mark Manchurek (1G, 1A) had the other goal for Team Blue.

Patrick Sanvido, Liam Murray, Daniil Vertiy and Aaron Luchuk scored for Team White.

Chris Marchese chipped in three assists in his first action since returning from season-ending shoulder surgery, while Daniel Mainella registered a pair of assists.

Mainella, a 6'4, 270-pound camp invite from the Essex 73s, also came out on top of a short fight with Spitifire draftee Daniel Miller that left the Pittsburgh-native bloodied.

Ryan Foss and Nikita Yazkov added single assists in the loss.

John Jeffries stopped all nine shots he faced, while Anthony Hurtubise made 15 saves in the victory.

Eli Billing made 14 saves and Brendan Johnston had 16 stops for Team White.

In the afternoon scrimmage, Ho-Sang and Moore were at it again, albeit in a losing cause, with Moore bagging a hat-trick and Ho-Sang scoring his third goal of the day. But it wasn't enough, as Team Red came back to beat Team Blue 6-5, on the strength of a goal and two assists from rookie Luke Kirwan.

Anton Trublin (1G,1A), Cameron Hughes, Anthony Mota and Ryan Markovic had the other goals for Team Red.

Tyler Biles replied for Team Blue.

Alex Fotinos and Liam Moore each made 12 saves, splitting the victory, while Anthony Hurtubise (15 saves) and John Jeffries (11 saves) took the loss for Team Blue.
