
Hitmen take series lead over Tigers

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen got a pair of goals from Kris Foucault (FOO-co) in a 5-2 win over the Medicine Hat Tigers Friday night at the Pengrowth Saddledome.
The Hitmen now lead the best-of-seven Eastern Conference Semi-Final Series 1-0.
Del Cowan, Joel Broda and Brandon Kozun also scored for the Hitmen who opened up a 4-0 second period lead.
Tyler Shattock chipped in a pair of assists as 12 Hitmen picked up at least a single point.
Jayce Coyle and Tristan King replied in the loss for the Tigers who were outshot 29-17.
Game 2 of the series will be played Sunday in Calgary with a 5pm start at the Pengrowth Saddledome.
