Lynchburg Hillcats News Release
Wednesday's game between the Lynchburg Hillcats and Kinston Indians has been postponed because of rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Thursday at 6:05. Gates open at 5 p.m.
Lynchburg sends out Edinson Volquez (0-0, 0.00) in game one. Volquez will be making his second rehab start with the Hillcats. In his first start he threw three scoreless innings and gave up only two hits, both to the first two hitters he faced. Game two will feature James Avery (2-1, 2.96) for the Hillcats.
