Huff participated in the Homerun Derby, prior to the game on Tuesday. Both Huff and Pozo caught a few innings and got an at bat. Phillips also came in to pitch the seventh inning, throwing to Pozo.
The 'Dads finished the first half with a 30-38 record. The standings are reset for the season's final 70 games and the 'Dads are competing for a second half division title and a fourth South Atlantic League Championship.
The Crawdads fell in the second half opener last night 8-1. Yonny Hernandez had the only RBI for the 'Dads. Hernandez and Reed both finished the night with a pair of hits. Ryan Dorow added a single of his own. He is hitting .417 over his last 10 games and has record a hit in 10 of his last 11 games.
