New Orleans Baby Cakes News Release
METAIRIE â The New Orleans Zephyrs, the Class AAA Pacific Coast League Affiliate of the Houston Astros would like to announce that infielder Carlos Hernandez has been reassigned to Class AA Round Rock.
Hernandez was batting .225 (9x40) in 17 games since joining the Zephyrs on July 6th.
The Zephyrs continue a four game series at Albuquerque against the Isotopes on Friday at 8:11 PM. The game can be heard on WTIX-AM 690 and at www.zephyrsbaseball.com with Tim Grubbs calling the action.
