
Hawks Recall Gardner and Hunter

ATLANTA, GA (Feb. 23, 2009) - The Atlanta Hawks today recalled guard Thomas Gardner and forward Othello Hunter from the Anaheim Arsenal of the NBA Development League, according to Hawks Executive Vice President and General Manager Rick Sund.
Gardner appeared in two games with the Arsenal, averaging 23.5 ppg, 5.5 rpg and 1.0 apg (.531 FG%, .308 3FG%, .818 FT%). Hunter played in three contests, posting two double-doubles and compiling 8.3 ppg, 10.0 rpg, 1.3 bpg and 1.3 spg (.324 FG%).
The Anaheim Arsenal will next face the Reno Bighorns on Friday, February 27th at 7:00 p.m. at the Reno Events Center.
