
Havoc wins big over Fayetteville

Huntsville Havoc News Release
HUNTSVILLE, AL - Mike Degurse scored :19 into the game as the Huntsville Havoc cruised to a 4-1 win over the Fayetteville Fire Antz Friday night.
Steve Hynes and Craig Bushey scored :20 apart in the second period giving Huntsville a 3-0 lead with 9:44 left in the second period.
Fayettevile finally got on the board with :43 left in the second period when Kory Baker found the back of the net.
Luke Phillips added a power play goal in the third period to secure the win.
Matt Carmichael was strong in goal for the second consecutive night. He finished with 31 saves. He held the top two scoring teams in the league to two goals after getting a 2-1 win over Knoxville last night.
Jomar Cruz played 37 minutes in the loss. He gave up three goals and was replaced by Glenn Ridler who allowed one.
The Havoc leaves for a three-game road trip Monday. They will be in Jacksonville on Tuesday, Pee Dee on Thursday night and Fayetteville on Friday.
