HUNTSVILLE, AL - Huntsville Havoc head coach Glenn Detulleo announced today that the team has re-signed forward Justin Fox.
"We made it a priority to bring Justin back this season," Detulleo said. "He has developed into a player that we rely on in every facet of the game. After earning a call-up to the AA level, Foxy returned to play a big part in our run the finals. We expect him to continue to raise his game and be a top player in this league."
Fox will be entering his third season with the Havoc. In 76 games in a Havoc uniform, he has scored 32 goals and added 35 assists. He has scored five goals and added eight assists in 13 playoff games. He left mid-season last year and played in 23 games for the Tulsa Oilers in the CHL where he scored two goals and recorded nine assists.
"I'm happy to have re-signed with the Havoc organization," Fox said. "Not only do they have a great staff and owners but the best fans in the league. We have a lot to build on after last season and I'm excited about the possibility of another Presidents Cup run in Huntsville."
The Havoc will begin their 10th season of play at Fayetteville on October 25. The home opener is set for November 8 against new member Peoria.
