Huntsville Havoc News Release
HUNTSVILLE, AL - New head coach Glenn Detulleo will get plenty of chances to see his team in action in the pre-season as the Havoc are set to play three straight games on October 19-21.
The Havoc will host the Mississippi RiverKings on Friday, October 19 at 7:30. The team will then hit the road for a Saturday, October 20 matchup with the Louisiana Ice Gators that will be played at 7:00 in Bossier City, Louisiana. A rematch with the RiverKings is set for Sunday, October 21 in Southaven, Mississippi with the puck dropping at 3:05.
"I'm looking forward to our exhibition schedule," Detulleo said. "I feel the extra game will not only benefit our coaching staff's ability to evaluate the players, but it will also benefit the players fighting for roster spots. My hope is this early road trip will give us a head start in team chemistry as well."
The Havoc open the 2012-13 regular season on the road October 26 at Louisiana before opening home schedule on Breland Homes Ice on Saturday, November 10 against the Fayetteville FireAntz.
