HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - The Bloomington Thunder scored first but gave up a pair of third-period goals in a 4-2 loss to the Huntsville Havoc on Friday night at Von Braun Center.

The Thunder lit the lamp first just 5:07 into the game when Eddie Olczyk smacked home a rebound at the left post of a Harry Mahesh shot also assisted by Burke Gallimore. The Havoc evened the game in the final minute of the first period when Stuart Stefan slid on off-balance shot from the left circle just inside the right post to send the teams to the first intermission knotted at 2-2.

After a scoreless second period, the Havoc took advantage of a failed clearance when Paul Kurceba drove an unassisted goal from the right point 3:13 into the final chapter for a 3-2.
