HUNTSVILLE, AL- The Havoc and head coach Glenn Detulleo announced today the 2016-17 regular season opening weekend roster.

This year's team boasts five returners with eight overall having seen action at the pro level last year. Stuart Stefan will transition to the player/assistant coach role this year meaning the two-time team captain will be handing the reigns off to a new captain.

During the two-game weekend preseason schedule, newcomers Rob Simpson and Tyler French registered a combined for two goals and six assists. Likewise, rookie Bryan Sullivan also registered a point in each with Christian Powers picking up the game winner last Friday. Below is a full list of the roster that will hit the ice in Illinois to take on the Peoria Rivermen Friday and Saturday night. The first two regular season games as well as the rest of the schedule can be seen on SPHL Live and heard the Havoc radio network by going to the team's website. Huntsville returns home for the second half of a back-to-back with the Knoxville Ice Bears on October 29th. The first 2,500 fans to enter the Propst Arena at the Von Braun Center can pick up a magnetic schedule and watch the game on Pharmacy First Ice.
