The River City Rascals are excited to announce their upcoming Harry Potter Night on Sunday, August 9th as the Rascals take on the Windy City Thunderbolts.
This promotional event is the first of its kind for the Rascals, and we are excited to take our fans to the wizarding world of Hogwarts! The highlight of the evening will be the opportunity for fans to interact with characters (non-specific) from the Harry Potter franchise. A Characteristic Attitude, LLC has toured the country bringing their Harry Potter characters to life at various ballparks and entertaining children and adults alike.
Filled with witches, wizards, and goblins, fans can participate in the Rascals best dressed Harry Potter Fan contest. In addition, fans are able to be sorted into their respective Hogwarts household by a true sorting hat. Whether you become a Gryffindor or a Slytherin, face painters will be available so everyone can show their Hogwarts pride!
Aside from fantastic fan involvement, we have exciting promotions during the game! Do you think you know all there is to know about Harry and his hijinks? The Rascals are ready to stump all fans with Harry Potter trivia throughout the game. Additionally, fans are encouraged to get involved in a variety of competitions in between innings. Games such as what's in the cauldron, broom races, and catch that snitch are just a few of the Potter themed activities that lie ahead.
Furthermore, on Harry Potter Night, the first 500 adults ages 18 and over will receive a free scratch off lottery ticket as part of the Missouri Lottery Money Madness event.
