Guzda Named Huron Tractor Player of the Week to Begin Season
October 14, 2021 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Owen Sound Attack News Release
Mack Guzda has been named the Attack's Huron Tractor Player of the Week for the first week of the season. The overage goaltender went 0-1-1 over a weekend home and home against the London Knights, posting a .912 save percentage and a 2.98 goals against average.
Though not posting a win, Guzda was instrumental in helping the Attack earn a point in the season opener, as well as giving his team a chance to win in the home opener, as he came up with some big saves across both games over the weekend.
With a young team in front of him Guzda will be a big factor in the Attack's success this year.
