
Grizzlies Re-Sign Chris Donovan

West Valley City, Utah - Utah Grizzlies Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin Colley today announced that the team has re-signed forward Chris Donovan for the 2011-2012 season.
Last year, in his rookie season, Donovan totaled seven goals and 18 assists for 25 points in 59 games with the Grizzlies and finished third on the team in rookie scoring. He had one goal and five assists in the first five games of the season and also put together a four-game scoring streak from December 31-January 5.
"Chris did exactly what we expected last year and had a great rookie season," said Colley. "He is a fearless competitor and puts everything on the line every night."
Donovan is the third returning player that Utah has announced already joining Matt Reber and Nick Tuzzolino.
