AHL Calder Cup Playoffs * North Division Semifinals

#2 Hamilton Bulldogs at #3 Grand Rapids Griffins

Best-of-Seven Series Tied, 2-2

Game 5 TONIGHT 7 p.m. Van Andel Arena

- Following Wednesday's heartbreaking 4-3 loss in overtime, the Griffins tonight will try to reclaim the advantage over the Bulldogs as they host their final home game of the series, which will shift back to Hamilton's Copps Coliseum for Game 6 on Sunday and, if necessary, Game 7 on Monday.

- Grand Rapids tonight will try to become the first home team to win a game in this series, after winning the first two games in Hamilton and losing the last two at Van Andel Arena. The Griffins have never lost three consecutive home games in a single playoff year.

- Justin Abdelkader's five playoff goals and seven points (tied with Darren Haydar) each led the AHL heading into last night's action. Remarkably, all seven of Abdelkader's points have come during the third period.

- Tonight's game will feature the ever-popular Dollar Beers, Dollar Dogs promotion, with $1 hot dogs and $1 domestic drafts available from 6-8 p.m. while supplies last.

TICKETS: Tickets for tonight's game are available at The Zone at Van Andel Arena and all Star Tickets outlets, including Meijer stores. Call 222-4000 / 800-585-3737 or purchase online at griffinshockey.com/playoffs.
