GreenJackets Expand Popular Baseball Camp

Augusta, GA - The Augusta GreenJackets will hold their 2011 Youth Baseball Camp, presented by The Sports Authority, on July 13th-15th at Lake Olmstead Stadium from 9:00 a.m. to Noon each day.

The camp, newly expanded to run on three consecutive days, will feature instruction from professional baseball players and coaches in the San Francisco Giants organization. In addition, all participating youngsters will get to play on the same Lake Olmstead Stadium playing field as the Giants of tomorrow.

For just $100, campers will receive three days of instruction, a camp T-Shirt, a FREE lunch every day of the camp, four FREE tickets to the July 15th GreenJackets game against the Hagerstown Suns and on-field recognition with fellow campers prior to that night's game.

Registration forms can be downloaded on the team's website - www.greenjacketsbaseball.com . In addition, forms will be available at GreenJackets home games leading up to the camp and in the GreenJackets front office during normal business hours from Monday-Friday. The GreenJackets continue their current eight-game homestand with the opener of a four-game series against the Asheville Tourists on Thursday night at 7:05 p.m. and will be home through Sunday.
