Graham, Mcadam Reassigned To Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced today defenseman Jesse Graham and goaltender Eamon McAdam have been reassigned to the team by the New York Islanders from the Missouri Mavericks (ECHL). In addition, goaltender Josh Robinson has been returned on loan to Missouri.

Graham, 22, spent the majority of last season with the Sound Tigers, ranking second among team defensemen with 17 points (five goals, 12 assists) and adding 34 penalty minutes in 52 games. He led Missouri with eight assists and was tied for the team-lead with 10 points through 11 games this season.

A native of Toronto, Graham has notched 40 points (nine goals, 31 assists) and 56 penalty minutes in 98 AHL games since his professional debut with the Sound Tigers on April 4, 2014. In addition, he has 33 points (three goals, 30 assists) in 45 ECHL games with the Mavericks and Florida Everblades.

Prior to turning pro, Graham played four seasons in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) with the Niagara IceDogs and Saginaw Spirit from 2010-14. He captained Niagara in 2013-14 and skated three seasons with Sound Tigers teammate Carter Verhaeghe from 2011-14.

The 6'0, 185-pound defenseman was originally selected by the Islanders in the sixth round (155th overall) of 2012 NHL Entry Draft.

McAdam, 22, made six appearances with Missouri this season, going 2-3-0 with a 2.88 goals-against-average and .913 save percentage. The Perkasie, PA native made his professional debut with Bridgeport in last year's regular-season finale, making 29 saves on 35 shots against the Providence Bruins on April 17th.

Prior to turning pro, McAdam played three seasons at Penn State University in State College, PA. He recorded a career-best 13 wins, 2.98 goals-against average and .913 save percentage in 22 games during his final season in 2015-16. McAdam also spent three seasons with the Waterloo Black Hawks of the United States Hockey League (USHL) from 2010-13. He played alongside Sound Tigers goaltender Stephon Williams in 2011-12 and earned MVP honors at the 2013 USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.

The 6'3, 198-pound netminder was initially selected by the Islanders in the third round (70th overall) in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
