Gorillas receive great results in Best-of-the-Best Poll

AMARILLO, TX â The Amarillo Gorillas received some great news today (Monday) in the Best-of-the-Best Poll results announced by the Central Hockey League.
Each of the CHL teams whether it was players, coaching staff and media relations departments voted on various categories and the results were tabulated by Roy Lang of the Shreveport Times.
Forward Dave Rattray was chosen as the Best Defensive Forward and Best Player on Face-offs, while Derek Hahn was chosen Most Underrated Player and placed third in Best Stickhandler.
For the second consecutive year, Stomp was picked as Best Mascot, while the Crazy Apes were third in the voting for Best Booster Club. The Amarillo Gorillas finished third for the Best Press Box.
