LEXINGTON- The Asheville Tourists blasted four Home Runs, two from Casey Golden, and erased a three-run deficit to beat the Lexington Legends 10-8 on Saturday night at Whitaker Bank Ballpark. Asheville did not take their first lead until the eighth inning.

Lexington jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning. Golden then launched a solo Home Run in the top of the second to give the Tourists their first run. After the Legends answered with a run in the second, Matt McLaughlin left the yard for a solo shot in the third to make the score 3-2.

The Legends again extended their lead with single runs in the fourth and fifth. In the top of the sixth, Bret Boswell hit a lead-off Home Run; his 12th of the season. After a single by Ryan Vilade and a walk drawn by Chad Spanberger, Golden and Taylor Snyder connected with back-to-back RBI singles to tie the game.

Once again Lexington managed to jump back in front on a Dennicher Carrasco RBI double in the bottom of the sixth. However, in the eighth inning, Spanberger and Golden hit singles to begin the inning and Snyder knocked in both runs with a double to left-center.

Leading 7-6 entering the ninth, Golden connected with some much-needed insurance. With two outs, Golden blasted his second Home Run of the game; a three-run shot to left field.

Carrasco hit a two-run Home Run in the bottom of the ninth to bring the Legends back within two. Erick Julio then entered and recorded the final two outs of the game for his first career save. Julio is scheduled to start on Monday night.

Golden finished 4-for-5 with a season-high five RBI and Nate Harris notched the win by tossing 1.1 innings of no-hit, no-run action.
