
Goaltender Named to Complete Blockbuster Trade

The Toronto Rock announced today the completion of a blockbuster trade with the San Jose Stealth that began in July 2004. The trade saw Josh Sanderson, Rusty Kruger and Phil Sanderson heading to Toronto for the 2005 season in exchange for Steve Toll, Darryl Gibson and a player to be named later.
Today, goaltender Anthony Cosmo was named as that designated player. Cosmo played with the Toronto Rock between 2001 and 2004. He saw action in 9 games during the 2004 season, recording a 5-1 winning record in 392 minutes between the pipes. Cosmo ranked 1st overall in League standings with the lowest goals against average (10.39) and 4th overall in save percentages (0.766%).
