
Anaheim Storm Defender Cam Bergman Selected in NLL Expansion Draft

Anaheim, CA (October 20, 2004) - Cam Bergman was one of 10 players selected by Minnesota in the National Lacrosse League's Expansion Draft Tuesday afternoon.
The Anaheim Storm selected Bergman in the second round of the 2003 NLL Entry Draft. He played in seven games during the 2003-2004 season, acquiring three points (1G, 2A) and 37 loose balls.
The yet-to-be-named Minnesota team, led by General Manager Marty O'Neill, drafted one player from each of league's other ten teams. Each team was allowed to protect either one goaltender and 13 runners or two goaltenders and 10 runners. Protected players were not eligible to be chosen in the draft.
