South Carolina Stingrays News Release
NORTH CHARLESTON, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays, celebrating 23 seasons in the Lowcountry and proud affiliate of the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL), announced today that goaltender Mark Dekanich has been returned on loan from the club's American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Hershey Bears.
Dekanich returns to the Lowcountry after his second recall to Hershey. He did not appear in a game during his recent recall, but earlier this season, Dekanich was summoned by the Bears on December 26 and appeared in one game before returning to South Carolina.
