In 2014, Gamblers head coach Pat Mikesch started the "Goals for the Military" campaign. For each goal scored by the Gamblers on Military Appreciation Night, Mikesch donated $100 to the DAV. Along with Mikesch, multiple businesses and individuals took part.
The promotion has continued to grow and on Saturday each goal the Gamblers score, $2,600 will be donated to the DAV Transportation Program. Businesses, individuals and media partners taking part in "Goals for the Military" include;

Over the past six years, Military Appreciation Night has raised $118,000 all of which has stayed right here in Northeast Wisconsin to help our veterans. In 2017, the game raised $35,000 for the DAV, enough to purchase a new transport van.
Game time on Saturday is 7:05 PM at the Resch Center. All active duty and retired military receive a complimentary ticket. Players will wear military inspired helmets and jerseys. Both helmets and jerseys will be auctioned off after the game with all proceeds benefiting the DAV Transportation Program.
Tickets start at $10 for adults and $9 for kids ($1 more day of game). Beverage inclusive seating starts at $27.
