Spokane Chiefs News Release
Chief's defenseman Trevor Glass has returned to Spokane after spending a week at the camp of the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League.
Glass is in his fifth season in the WHL and has played 192 regular season games, 59 playoff games and another eight in the Memorial Cup. His resume includes a pair of WHL titles, once with Medicine Hat in 2007 where he led the team with a +13 in the playoffs. The Cochrane, Alberta native was a former first round selection in the 2003 WHL Bantam Draft (10th overall).
Glass will be in the lineup this weekend when the Chiefs finish their four games in five night stretch, including tonight's home game against the Everett Silvertips. The first 3,000 fans through the gates, and all full season ticket holders in attendance, will receive a magnet schedule courtesy of The Blackbook by Hagadone Directories.
With the defenseman's return, and Justin Falk's signing with the Minnesota Wild, the Chiefs have 24 players on their roster including two goaltenders, 14 forwards and eight defensemen. The only player that is currently unavailable to the team is center Ondrej Roman, who is awaiting his transfer from the Czech Republic.
Tickets to all home games are available by calling the Chiefs tickets office at (509) 535-PUCK or TicketsWest at (800) 325-SEAT.
