Gladiators Release Training Camp Roster

Atlanta Gladiators News Release


The Gwinnett Gladiators will open training camp for the 2011-12 season with physicals and medical testing today, Friday, September 30th. The first on-ice session for the 16 players will take place on Saturday, October 1st at 10:00 a.m. at the Ice Forum in Duluth.

The Gladiators will begin training camp with two players on tryout agreements. In addition, players are projected to be added throughout training camp from the team's NHL and AHL affiliates. The complete training camp roster is included in this release.

The Gladiators training camp will run through October 13th in preparation for the Gladiators first game of the season at Florida on October 14th. Gwinnett opens the home schedule of the 2011-2012 season on Friday, October 21st against the Greenville Road Warriors.

A majority of on-ice sessions for training camp will take place at the Duluth Ice Forum from 10 a.m. to noon each day of camp. The training camp schedule is subject to change.

The Gladiators are the ECHL Affiliate of the Buffalo Sabres and the Phoenix Coyotes of the National Hockey League and are members of the ECHL, the Premier "AA" Hockey League and play all home games at the 11,355-seat Arena at Gwinnett Center, located just off I-85 on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth.
