
Giants Win 4-1 over the Prince George Cougars

PRINCE GEORGE, BC - The Vancouver Giants split a weekend series with the Prince George Cougars by getting a 4-1 win at the CN Centre Saturday night.
15 year-old call up Jakob Stukel scored his first career Western Hockey League goal late in the second period to break a one-all tie. The goal also turned out to be the game winner for Vancouver.
Travis McEvoy, Cain Franson and Brett Kulak each had one goal and one assist on the night.
The victory ends a 9-game road winless streak and a 3-game winless streak for the Giants.
Giants' goalie Payton Lee made 23 saves on the night.
Vancouver had 36 shots on goal and went 2-for-6 on the power play.
