Giants Win 3-2 in Overtime against Seattle

KENT, WA - Arvin Atwal scored 23 seconds into overtime to give the Vancouver Giants a 3-2 win over the Seattle Thunderbirds at the ShoWare Center Friday night.

Cain Franson tied the game at 2 midway through the third period after the Giants gave up a one-goal lead on a short-handed goal earlier in the third.

Taylor Vickerman scored the other goal for Vancouver.

Payton Lee made 25 saves for the win and the Giants had 33 shots on goal.

Giants' Next Game: Saturday February 16 at Portland, 3:00pm

Giants' Next Home Game: Friday February 22 vs Kamloops, 7:30pm
