Giants and Royals to Meet in Round 2, Series Schedule Announced

Vancouver, B.C. - For a second straight season the Vancouver Giants and Victoria Royals are squaring off in the WHL Playoffs. The Victoria Royals were victorious tonight in Kamloops in Game 6 of their first-round series, which means one of the best WHL rivalries will take center stage in Round 2 of the Western Hockey League playoffs when the G-Men and Royals once again cross paths.

Here is the complete Round 2 series schedule:

Game #1 - Victoria at Vancouver - Friday, April 5 at 7:30 PM

Game #2 - Victoria at Vancouver - Saturday, April 6 at 7:00 PM

Game #3 - Vancouver at Victoria - Tuesday, April 9 at 7:05 PM

Game #4 - Vancouver at Victoria - Thursday, April 11 at 7:05 PM

Game #5 - Victoria at Vancouver - Saturday, April 13 at 7:00 PM *If necessary

Game #6 - Vancouver at Victoria - Monday, April 15 at 7:05 PM *If necessary

Game #7 - Vancouver vs Vancouver - Wednesday, April 17 at 7:00 PM *If necessary

During the regular season the Vancouver Giants were 6-2-1-1 against the Victoria Royals.
