Generals to Honor Local Military After July 3 Game

Jackson, Tenn. - The Jackson Generals plan on honoring local servicemen and veterans in West Tennessee after the team's July 3 tilt with the Mobile BayBears at The Ballpark at Jackson. The team is asking for fans to submit photos and information on locals who have served or who are serving in the United States military to use as part of a postgame montage.
July 3 is already one of the biggest events of the season in Jackson, and 2015 will be no different. The team will be wearing patriotic jerseys and hats to celebrate the occasion, and jerseys will be auctioned off with proceeds going to the 30th SAB Association. Fur Circus and the Pamela K. Ward Band will also be performing during a fun-filled night at The Ballpark.
After the game, photos of local military members will be incorporated into the fireworks spectacular for fans to enjoy! The Generals are asking for fans to submit photos of local servicemen, servicewomen and veterans along with details on their service to be used as part of a postgame video montage on the scoreboard.

The Jackson Generals have always been proud supporters of the American Armed Forces. The Tennessee Army National Guard is a longtime partner of the team, and the Guard currently sponsors the Jackson Generals Pregame Show on the TJ Network (AM 1390, FM 94.1 and 94.3).
