Bridgeport Bluefish News Release
With the team poised to qualify for the Atlantic League postseason for second straight year, The Bridgeport Bluefish have announced that tickets for all potential 2011 playoff games are on sale now at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard. Fans can also call (203) 345-4800.
"Having a competitive and exciting ballclub that is poised to reach the postseason for a second consecutive season, combined with the continued progress of the off-field team is very gratifying," said Principal Owner/CEO Frank Boulton. "Now we need the Southern Connecticut region to rally around their team and cheer them on to a championship."
Fans will have the option of two playoff packages to choose from. The Divisional Package includes a loge seat voucher that will grant entry into all three potential Divisional Series games and can be purchased for $15. The Championship Package includes a loge seat voucher that will grant entry into ALL FIVE potential postseason games and can be purchased for $25. Please call a Bluefish ticket sales representative at (203) 345-4800 for more information. Single game tickets are also available.
"We're confident this outstanding value will help pack the park for Willie Upshaw and the Bluefish as we try to return to the Championship Series for the second consecutive year and win our first Atlantic League championship since 1999," says general manager Bob Goughan. "We're looking forward to seeing everyone at Harbor Yard."
