The Dashers (3-1-0-1, 11 pts, .733 PCT) look to get back in the win column tonight after a 5-2 loss last night at the Winston-Salem Annex to the first place Carolina Thunderbirds (5-0-0-0; 15 pts, 1.000 PCT). Game time tonight is at 5:05 PM c.t.
Danville is coming off their first regulation loss of the season and are looking to bounce back and get a crucial three points in tonights contest against Carolina. Both Martin and Brausen would tally their sixth goals of the season with Marker and Gaul assisting on Martin's gaol in the second. Aaron Taylor was between the pipes last night and made 50 saves on 55 shots. Danville was 0-2 on the man advantage and 1-1 on the penalty kill.
Tonights game will be the second of 12 meeting between the two teams, after this weekend these two will not match up again until mid December for a home and home weekend series on Dec 21st and 22nd

The Thunderbirds continue their winning ways as they remain the only unbeaten team in the league 5 games through the young season. Frankie McClendon back stopped the T-Birds last night stopping 19 of 21 shots which was good enough for a .905 save percentage. Carolina spread the scoring love last night with 5 different players tallying goals (Panacek, Thompson, Drindrozhik, Salak and Pietrantonio).
