Looking for the lead

The Sugar Skulls and Strike Force enter Saturday's contest locked at two wins apiece in the all-time history between the two. On March 3, Jones ran the ball 11 times for 43 yards and two scores while catching an 11-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Jake Medlock in the Sugar Skulls' 65-44 win, while on May 9, Jones ran the ball 15 times for 50 yards and two touchdowns while catching six passes for 52 yards and a touchdown in Tucson's 65-48 win.

In the Sugar Skulls' 51-31 March 31 loss to Tucson that year, Jones carried the rock 12 times for 78 yards, while scoring two rushing catches and catching three passes for 22 yards and a score.

Jackon's world

Sugar Skulls wide receiver Arthur Jackson has emerged as one of the best pass-catchers in the IFL thus far in 2022.

The second-year player leads the league or is tied for the top spot in receptions (13), touchdowns (4), receptions per game (6.5), and receiving yards per game (72.5). Additionally, Jackson's 145 yards on the year ranks third in the league.
