SPOKANE, WASH - The Prince George Cougars look to punch their ticket to the Western Conference semi-finals tonight for the third time in the last four years. The Cats battle the Spokane Chiefs in Game 5 with the Cougars leading the series 3-1.

The Series So Far:

Game 1: Brock Souch scored twice and compiled four points to help the Cougars to a 6-3 win. The Cats were down 3-1 and then scored five unanswered tallies.

Game 2: Josh Ravensbergen was the difference, making 43 saves to give the Cougars a 3-2 victory and help hold serve on home ice.

Game 3: Arsenii Anisimov delivered the overtime heroics in Game 3 with a power-play goal to five Prince George a 3-2 win.

Game 4: The Chiefs push the series to Game 5 with a 3-2 win. Josh Ravensbergen made 42 saves in the loss.

Bouncing Back:

The Cougars have another shot to punch their ticket to Round 2 of the WHL Playoffs.

The Cougars were 11-3-2 in the regular season when coming off a loss.

Chasing History:

Cougars goaltender and San Jose Sharks prospect Josh Ravensbergen continues to deliver in the Prince George goal. The league's wins and save percentage leader enters Game 5 with a 3-1 record this post-season, while sporting a 2.73 goals against average and a .926 save percentage.

Entering tonight, Ravensbergen owns 14 playoff wins and is three shy or surpassing alumnus Scott Myers who won 16 playoff games.

In Ravensbergen's playoff career, he is 14-6-2, along with a 2.57 goals against average and a .919 save percentage.

Special Teams Battle:

The Prince George Cougars enter Game 5 with some impressive numbers on their special teams.

The Cats are operating at 38.5% on the power-play which ranks first in the WHL Playoffs.
