Game Preview: New England Revolution vs. Montreal Impact

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution (2-5-1, 7 pts.) will play the club's first mid-week match of the season against the Montreal Impact (3-3-2, 11 pts.) on Wednesday, March 24 at Gillette Stadium. The match kicks off at 7:30 p.m. ET and will be televised locally on NBC Sports Boston, with Brad Feldman, Paul Mariner, and Naoko Funayama calling the action. Authenticated subscribers may also stream the match on NBCSportsBoston.com and on the NBC Sports app. The contest airs locally on the radio with 98.5 The Sports Hub broadcasting the action in English and 1260 AM Nossa Radio providing Portuguese commentary.

The Revs are back in action to conclude a three-match homestand after winning the last match at Gillette Stadium, 1-0, against the New York Red Bulls on April 20. The Revs have won four straight home meetings with Montreal dating back to 2016, most recently topping the Impact in the 2018 season finale on Oct. 28, 1-0, courtesy of Diego Fagundez's 50th career goal. The two sides will square off for a second and final time this season on May 18 at Stade Saputo.

Following Wednesday's match, the Revolution will begin a three-game road stretch with the season's lone matchup against Sporting Kansas City on Saturday, April 27 at Children's Mercy Park. That match will kick off at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Boston, 98.5 The Sports Hub, and 1260 AM Nossa Radio.
