Game Preview: Generals Look to Round out a Perfect Weekend with a Win against the Rangers

The Kitchener Rangers come to town looking to beat your OHL leading Oshawa Generals. The Generals are coming off of a big victory against the rival Ottawa 67s in a payback matchup for last season's Eastern Conference Finals. The Rangers have lost each of their past 2 games with a 4-4-1-1 record in their last 10. The Generals have a 6-3-0-1 record in their last 10.

Player to Watch; Oshawa Zachary Paputsakis - Paputsakis has been reliable this season. Paps lead the Generals to a big win on Friday against the Ottawa 67s, and coming in strong on relief of Andrew MacLean in last week's bout against the Knights. Paputsakis has played well in his rookie campaign and looks promising for years ahead. Should he get the start Sunday.

Players to Watch; Kitchener Jonathan Yantsis - Yantsis is coming off of a strong game on Friday, in which he potted 2 goals on 3 shots. Yantsis was a 50 goal scorer last season and is on pace to score 40 this season with 9 goals in his first 15 games. The overage forward went undrafted at the NHL level, but attended the LA Kings rookie and development camps this past summer.

Ville Ottavainen - Ottavainen is playing in his first OHL season as the Rangers selection in this year's OHL Import draft. Scoring 10 points (4-6-10) in his first 15 games Ottavainen has been a presence on the Rangers back end.
