Setting the Tone:

Baltimore Blast: 4-2

First place in the Eastern Division

Previous Game: Lost to Kansas City 5-1

Dallas Sidekicks: 4-4

Third place in the Southwest Division

Previous Game: Defeated St. Louis 8-2

Baltimore Players to Watch:

Tony Donatelli is 9th in the league in assists with 8 while Vini Dantas leads the team in goals this season with 8. While Donatelli and Dantas are tied for the team lead in points with 13, the Blast get contributions from everyone as they have 14 players who have recorded at least 1 point so far this season. Veteran defenders Adriano Dos Santos and Nelson Santana anchor the Blast defense which is allowing 2.8 goals per game. Goalkeeper William Vanzela leads the MASL with a 2.72 GAA and is coming off MASL team of the week honors.

The Competition- Dallas Sidekicks

Cameron Brown and Jamie Lovegrove enter the game both ranking in the top 10 in the MASL in points. Brown has recorded 15 goals and added 5 assists while Lovegrove has recorded 11 goals and 6 assists. The Sidekicks are currently on a two game winning streak and their high powered offense is averaging 8.1 goals per game. Dallas has 5 players who have recorded more than 12 points so far this season. In goal, Juan Gamboa has a 4.75 GAA. The Sidekicks are coached by Simon Bozas.

This is the first time Baltimore has played against Dallas since January 24th, 2004.
