San Antonio's Own: San Antonio FC keeper Matthew Cardone has announced Saturday will be his final match, with the San Antonio native retiring to attend law school at SMU. Cardone retires as the club's all time leader in appearances (108), saves (327), clean sheets (25), penalty saves (five) and minutes played (9,542) while also holding single-game (9) and single-season (99) save records. Cardone is the only player to have been with the club in each season since its inception in 2016.
