Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers open up 2024 (23-10-2) with their 3rd meeting with the Red Deer Rebels (18-13-0-4) Tuesday night.

The Tigers are coming off a pair of losses to close out 2023 with 2-1 & 4-2 decisions to Swift Current & Lethbridge. While Rebels coming into tonight have picked up points in their last two games including an overtime win in Swift Current on December 30.

Medicine Hat has travelled twice to Red Deer this season winning both games on September 30 & Dec 27 by 4-2 scores. This will be the first home game against Red Deer in the 2023-2024 season. With three more games to close out the year including a January 5 & 19 game this month.

The Rebels come into tonight's game just six points back of the Tigers for first in the Central Division.
