
Gamblers Fall to the Fighting Saints in Tough Loss

The Green Bay Gamblers took the ice with the Dubuque Fighting Saints for the third time this season and ended in a tough Gambler loss. The team was also joined by 30 wiener dogs for the 2023 Reschminster Wiener Dog Race.
It was a slow start to the game with neither team scoring any goals in the first period. Moving into the second tied at zero, Dubuque took the lead with two goals. In the third period, Dubuque would add another goal, giving the Gamblers a shutout 3-0 loss at the Resch Center.
Defensively, Kristoffer Eberly played the full 60 minutes, saving 20 of the 23 shots on goal, allowing three.
The Gamblers are back at the Resch Center Friday, February 11 and Saturday, February 12.
